- Be curious
- Laugh
- Avoid excess kilograms (BMI max 30)
- Lose weight but don’t die [Don’t torture yourself with diets]
- Eat a bit of everything [have a varied diet]
- No alcohol
- Eat whole-grain bread
- Measure blood sugar and blood pressure often
- Help your memony with notes [reminders]
- No sugar, and have fruit
- Be sociable
- Avoid dust, noise and poisons
- Mandatory medical check-ups
- Three meals a day at fixed times
- Sleep deeply
- Cultivate focus [mindfulness], breathe deeply
- Do what you love!
- Any pain is alarming
